Six different parts of the island
Which region suits your holiday?
Mallorca’s landscapes vary more than you might expect from the size of the island.
In the north-west, roads wind through mountains reaching 1,445 metres. Less than 30 km farther east, fields, almond trees and inland villages spread across the plain. The south has long sandy beaches, the east a limestone coast of coves, and Palma all the life of a busy city.
Each region has its own appeal and its own seasons. Knowing which one you’re looking at makes choosing a place to stay much easier.
